This work was Made in por perspective workshop, using one-point and two-point perspective. We looked at artists that used this type of style. Artists such as Giotto, Alberti, Brunellechi and Leonardo Davinci. For this we had to design a room of our choice, adding furniture and extras.

This piece is a panoramic view of a room, with multiple pictures layered up. This image is based off Daniel Spoerri’s work. I like how you can see a 3D perspective on a 2D canvas. I enjoyed making this piece as much as i enjoy looking at it.

The Rock Steady Crew are the worlds most recognised Breakdancing crew. They formed in the late 70s but really made a name for themselves in the 80s. They have worked with Afrika Bambaataa, Fab Five Freddy, the McDonalds Double Dutch girls, various DJs and graffiti artists from all over the world. They set the standard for the B-Boy world until today.

Keith Haring’s style of painting was often associated with Graffiti and often called an urban painter. Although this piece has no colour it still draws the eye to the bold lines which make out the figure of dancing people and barking dogs. Haring says, “A lot of the drawings are about power and force: the transfer of power, power being used for different reasons.”

Title: Run DMC
Dimentions: 346 x 450
Run DMC was an influential group in the 80′s era for hip hop music. With their hard hitting beats, and funky fresh style, they made the way for the new generation of hip hop. A huge part of my subject matter.
